What is a "Paranormal Issue?"

 


A Paranormal Issue could be any one or more of the following:

  • Doors opening or closing on their own.
  • Electronic devices turning on/off by themselves
  • A sudden temperature fluctuation (increase or decrease, cold/hot spots)
  • Sense of, "dread" or feeling like you are being watched.
  • Visually seeing full body apparitions, shadows, or strange lights.
  • Being touched or having a piece of clothing tugged or pulled on.
  • Everyday items being moved around on their own.

 

 


 

Second Light Paranormal is here to help. We would like to hear about your paranormal issues. It all begins with a simple e-mail inquiry or a phone call. After the phone interview we have a few more steps to create an official investigation process.

  • We set up a phone interview and listen to the experiences you are having. Our team meets and reviews the case.
  • After agreeing to take the case, we schedule a date for the investigation.
  • Once we arrive at the home we have the home owner sign a legal waiver allowing the team to come in and conduct the investigation.  If the waiver is not signed we cannot continue. It is for your safety, as well as ours.
  • We conduct interviews with family members about their experiences, so there must be family members who are willing to share. 
  • We will come into to your home and conduct a professional investigation and first try to find logical, normal explanations for the disturbances. We collect evidence by using cameras, digital recording devices, infrared imaging, detection of any unusual high electro-magnativity in the house and other sources of recording devices.
  • If we do capture true unexplained paranormal activity with our technical equipment that may not be explained with any conventional means, our team may decide that the house is "haunted" or has paranormal activity.  In this case we will provide the family or property owner with this evidence.   At this time we decide if further steps should be taken. If wanted or needed we can provide the family or property owner with additional paranormal intervention. 
  • If the family would like their home to be blessed we can arrange that with clergy, if the family needs any type of personal, marital or family counseling we can also arrange that. 
  • We will try to find as much information about the home's history and the land that it sits on by contacting the local library and local city records department.
