 My name is Alicia Kincaid and I run a business from home.  I am married to my husband Todd, who is also part of Second Light Paranormal. We bought an old Victorian home that was built in 1835 and have had some great experiences together since moving in,  some normal and some paranormal. Over seven years ago I began studying the paranormal to try to find out some answers for myself such as:  What is a haunting?  Is there really life after death?   I was a skeptic at that point and later moved into an apartment that physically and emotionally caused me harm due to it's high level of paranormal activity, which made me question my beliefs.  My experiences prompted me to start SLP.  Most people laughed at me and even mocked me about my endeavors to begin a paranormal research group.  During my journey, I found a great friend named Whitney Holley that indulged me by going out and starting our first investigations as a team together.  After a few years we decided to make it official and started Second Light Paranormal.  We new a  few people who are as passionate about this field of study as I am.  We are all in this field to help those in need.

My name is Whitney Holley and I  hold degrees in music from the University of Wyoming and Arkansas State University and studied at the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music and the University of Georgia.  I aided in investigations in Ohio and Kentucky, most notably in three investigations at Waverly Hills Sanitarium.  My interest in the paranormal began in elementary school after encountering a series of unexplained phenomena in my neighborhood which continues to inspire me to investigate wherever I may be.  I use most of the electronic equipment and also make use of slightly less conventional methods including dowsing rods and pendulums.

My name is Nick Ferrigno and I was born in Cincinnati, Ohio. Ever since I was little boy, I had many of my own personal experiences with the paranormal that I could not explain. The most profound experience that affected me occured was when I was about 13. I was awakened from my sleep and next to my bed sat a an empty wooden chair.  I rolled over and to my suprise, I saw a very frail and sweaty African American man. He was wearing an old white t -shirt  with dirt and holes all over it. He was holding a small white dog that was dirty and shaking. I looked up at the mans face and he was hunched over, jaw wide open, his piercing eyes staring right at me. So, I did what most other 13 year olds would do, I hid under the covers, said a prayer,  peeked back out and the man was gone. I am determined to find out what really happens after you pass on.  Currently,  I have my Firefighter Certification and I am going through EMT school at Cincinnati State Technical College. I play softball during the spring, summer, and fall. I'm a very funny person who enjoys helping people and making others laugh.

 My name is Bethany Smith and I am helping Second Light Paranormal with investigating the case histories and separating ghost stories and myths from documented fact.  I'm an intuitive and energy worker and had many experiences with the paranormal while growing up, which have piqued my interest in spirit energies and communication.  I use my intuitive feeling to assess energetic shifts and changes and my skills with energy work, crystals, and space clearing to restore spaces to a peaceful balance.  I look forward in helping in any way I can.

My name is Rob Haynes, I am from Harrison Ohio.  I have been a firefighter for 25 years.  My interest in the paranormal began as child when the house I was raised in had many “unexplained things” occur while growing up there.  I have had numerous experiences throughout my adult life as well that has only continued to arouse my curiosity.  I met Alicia through a co-worker whose home was being investigated by SLP.  I am very open to the process of investigating as well as debunking.  I am still trying to find my niche so, I look forward to working with SLP and maybe continue to “help” others on this side as well as the other.

My name is Todd Kincaid.  I am 30 years old and am currently living in Hamilton, OH with my wife Licia.  I am currently working as an over-the-road truck driver.My interest in the Paranormal began when I met Licia.  At this current time, I am quite the skeptic.  I have never experienced a non explainable Paranormal event.  I enjoy working with all of the equipment and love to debunk all the events that can be!  I am still waiting for that single experience that will convert me into a believer.

My name is Jolie Hasselbeck. I was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio.  I have always believed there is "something out there" from the past demanding that their presence be known and I seek to find and understand it.   I was introduced to SLP through my friend NIck Ferrigno.  After several conversations about our shared belief of the paranormal, he invited me to come along on an investigation to Waverly Hill Sanatorium with the SLP team.  I had several encounters there and it was one of the most amazing experiences I ever have had. I too am determined to find out and understand what is on the other side.   I am currently a student and I'm a devoted long distance runner

Have you ever needed help with something that you couldn't understand and had no one to turn too, not even your loved ones?  There is help.  My name is Mary Shay and I experienced paranormal phenomena at a very young age.  When I was three years old my father was murdered, this led to my need to find out everything about death. As I got older I struggled with my faith, is there a Heaven and Hell and what happens when our physical body passes.

Shortly after my father's death, I developed a relationship with two imaginary friends.  I could see these entities and I carried on conversations with them directly as if they where living, breathing human beings.  I communicated with them off and on until the age of ten.  Eventually, my friends became violent by biting and scratching me.  As I grew up, I later came to the realization that I had been communicating not with a wild fantasy or my vivid imagination but with spirits or entities.  I have always believed that there are spirits around us since I had myself experienced the phenomena, the positive and the negative.  As an adult, I now have the opportunity to find the proof that I seek and at the same time give help to those who are in need.
